Effective January 1, 2009: Generally, services in San Diego are charged at $6,000* for a full day and $4,000* for a half day. (The fee includes the necessary time to prepare for the mediation and the usual telephone calls following the mediation.) Outside of San Diego, the daily rate is typically $8,000 plus actual travel expenses.* For selected services and/or additional time in excess of the time originally billed, will be charged at an hourly rate of $950. Statements are due and payable upon receipt in advance of the hearing date. * A higher fee may be charged in Multi-Party Cases, Class Actions and Securities Matters. Fees are fully refunded when notice of cancellation is received at least twenty one (21) days before the scheduled date. Fees are non-refundable if the case is cancelled or continued within twenty one (21) days of the scheduled date unless the time is rescheduled with another matter. Any unused time is non-refundable.
